I've synthesized the universe
Into a sedentary brew
A distillation process
I always had, but never knew
Articulated language
Specific per scenario
Like tapping sap from a tree
Break the bark
And peer inside
And see the twinkling stardust
Of every tiny moment
And the true expansion
Of nature we sit beside.
In looking at the stars,
The firmament above
The clouds that shade the land
And the canopy of tree tops
That further shade the ground
Eases your humility
And sets a peaceful tone
Once realizing your size
Like a mountain to a stone
Emboldens you in showing you
The limits of your power
Now knowing that, you build on that
Discovering your tools
Sharpening your perception like a pencil
So you can draw the landscape
And shape it to your will
Coloring the countryside
To how you see fit.
I sit in silence, stunned
With awesome vigor in the night
And feel the electricity
Tingling throughout my finger tips
A part of the grass, the air,
the sunshine reflecting
off the moon,
And knowing how I'm small
I'm empowered by it all.
As Archimedes, you were looking for a leverage point to move the world.
I'm not crying, you're crying!!!💗💗💗 Retweet what Clay said -- very very good ish!
